We actively participate in the entire investment process, on the Client’s behalf and request - starting from the development stage, through design, implementation, to the use permit and further during the operation period. We conduct a dialogue with network operators, land owners, local institutions and offices. We negotiate contracts with suppliers of services and goods, then we control the quality and progress of work, while ensuring compliance with the project documentation, legal regulations and standards.

In consultation with the Client and according to his instructions, we supervise the profitability of the investment, eliminate risks and constantly look for ways to improve the efficiency of systems and implement optimization processes.
