We are pleased to announce that the Miłkowice photovoltaic plant, of which P&Q is the general contractor, has just obtained the interim operational notification - ION.
It is worth mentioning that the PV Miłkowice, designed, built and commissioned by P&Q, is in the three largest projects of its kind in Poland, and the scope of work carried out by us included both the generation part and power evacuation system, including of course, all the necessary procedures and arrangements with the relevant authorities and the grid operator.
The fault-free and grid-code compliant operation is taken care of by our ETA system, which acts in this project both as a master system and as a regulator of key, from the point of view of system safety and generation efficiency, parameters.
We would like to thank the investor Qualitas Energy for its cooperation, and we are pleased to have been able to contribute its success.

New projects for this year contracted!
P&Q Sp. z o.o. has just signed agreements for the construction of the Okonek Wind Farm and the Jastrowie Wind Farm.
The investor is Vortex Energy Polska Sp. z o.o., which is part of the Vitol capital group.
Both projects will be implemented under the full BoP formula. Finally, these will consist of 12 wind turbines with a total capacity of 53.1 MW (Okonek WF 22.8 MW; Jastrowie WF 30.3 MW), as well as technical infrastructure such as access roads, assembly areas, foundations with soil improvement, MV and HV cable lines and GPO substations.
Within the scope, P&Q will be responsible for complex construction, development of executive designs as well as commissioning, connecting to the grid and obtaining EON, ION permits and FON certificate.

P&Q Sp z o.o. has entered into agreements for the complex execution of electrical and construction works for the Szprotawa I and Szprotawa II Photovoltaic Solar Plants with a total capacity of 67 MWp, including construction of 110/20kV GPO substation and construction of an 110kV cable line between GPO substation and GPZ Szprotawa with length of almost 8 km.
Within the scope, P&Q will be responsible for complex construction, commissioning, connecting to the grid and obtaining EON, ION and FON certificates as well as implementation of the SCADA ETA system. The investments are located in the municipalities of Niegoslawice and Szprotawa, in Lubuskie Province. Thank You for the partnership and trust!

We would like to inform, that Marta and Marcin, the founders of the company have decided to appoint a 𝙎𝙪𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙨𝙤𝙧𝙮 𝘽𝙤𝙖𝙧𝙙. They have decided that by cooperating with the Management Board from that perspective, they will be able to bring their knowledge and experience to the partnership, while at the same time allowing the Management Board to act independently and bravely, in order to dynamise the Company's development and give it a different freshness and thus – some different colours!
At the same time, the representatives of the Supervisory Board guarantee enormous substantive support to the Company, while bringing female strength and energy to the engineering company, since 75% of elected members are women!

We are a dynamic company that does not like boring and is constantly looking for original opportunities for development on various possible levels - technological, organizational, but also purely human. So: on New Year's Eve at midnight, a long-prepared and breakthrough change for our company came into force, of which we are very proud. We always proudly emphasize that P&Q Sp. z o.o. originates from Podlasie. Here in Bialystok, we are eager to get involved in local ventures, this is why we were pleased to become a sponsor of the upcoming sport event, the #Jagiellonia - #StalMielec match.
On the occasion of cooperation with the Jagiellonia club, we will conduct lectures about renewable energy sources in Białystok's elementary school SP9. With great enthusiasm, we will introduce the youth to the secrets of our industry! It sounds optymistic that children have such broad interests in addition to sports. 𝘾𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙥𝙤𝙤𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜 is an innovative approach in which a minimum of two renewable energy sources are merged into the same connection point. In accordance with this solution, we will add and connect a 10MWp photovoltaic farm to one of our already ongoing investments - the 26.4MW Sompolno Wind Farm, build on behalf of Greenvolt Power. By using the same connection point to the grid, the Customer will be able to increase its renewable energy production capacity.

September 2023The official ceremony of the XXXIII edition of the PZITB "ℂ𝕠𝕟𝕤𝕥𝕣𝕦𝕔𝕥𝕚𝕠𝕟 𝕠𝕗 𝕥𝕙𝕖 𝕐𝕖𝕒𝕣 𝟚𝟘𝟚𝟚" held on 19th of September. This award is given annually, since 1989, by the Polish Union of Construction Engineers and Technicians, in cooperation with the Ministry of Development and Technology.

August 2023P&Q has signed an agreement with EMEREN Poland for the construction of photovoltaic plants with total capacity of 18MW. The new contract includes comprehensive implementation including commissioning and obtaining all necessary permits and certificates in accordance to Grid Code.
This is a continuation of successful cooperation with the Investor.
P&Q Sp. z o.o. has entered into an agreement with Iberdrola Deutschland for the provision of EPC services for high voltage power evacuation system of the Boldekow Photovoltaic Solar Plant with a total capacity of 56,3 MWp, located in in Mecklenburg Western Pomerania, Germany.
This is a continuation of successful cooperation with the Investor.
July 2023The P&Q - ONDE consortium, in which P&Q Sp. z o.o. acts as Leader, has signed a contract for the construction of the Wind Farm Głuchów II. The total value of the investment is 37 mln. PLN net, while the investor is the NOVENERGIA company belonging to the Total Eren concern.
The Głuchów II project will be implemented in the full BoP formula, scope includes construction of 10 wind turbine foundations with a total capacity of 20MW, as well as technical infrastructure such as access roads, assembly areas, MV cable lines, fibre optic lines and the modernization of the transformer station.
Challenging project ahead of us, as the electrical work will be carried out on the operating MV/HV substation, with minimal switch-off periods, in order to have as little impact as possible on the energy production of the existing Wind Farm Głuchów I.
P&Q Sp. z o.o. has entered into an agreement with Greenvolt Power for the construction of the Pelplin Wind Farm.
The full BoP project will be implemented in a consortium with CJR Renewables, Owners Engineer services will be delivered by TENSEC SP. Z O.O.. Our scope includes the construction of GPO substation and HV and MV cable lines.
Pelplin Wind Farm will consist of 16 wind turbines, access roads, 30 kV MV cable lines, GPO substation and HV cable line between GPO 30/110 kV FW Pelplin and 400/110kV TSO Pelplin substation.
We would like to thank for the trust to the investor Greenvolt Power, with whom P&Q Sp. z o.o. also cooperate during construction of the Sompolno Wind Farm.

With great pleasure we can inform you about a newly signed contract, which our company will realize on behalf of Grupa Polenergia.
The Strzelino photovoltaic farm with a capacity of over 45MW is another investment to be built by us in the EPC formula. The contract includes a comprehensive designing works, construction and commissioning of the photovoltaic farm, together with a power evacuation consisting of a high-voltage cable line and a HV/MV transformer substation.
The favourable winds foster P&Q Sp. z o.o. - we have signed another strategic contract. The arrangement covers the development of design documentation for the power derivation from the BC-WIND offshore wind farm, owned by one of the largest offshore energy developers in the world Ocean Winds.
The scope of work includes the necessary documentation with formal and legal activities (including those for the 400/220 kV substation, 400kV and 220kV cable lines) and in-depth technical analyses.
OW Ocean Winds Polska believes in the potential of the Baltic Sea and is developing its first offshore wind farm project in the region, part of a group of investments secured by a 25-year difference contract.

Apart from the turnkey construction of wind and photovoltaic facilities, P&Q also specializes in the #design and construction of infrastructure for power evacuation from such facilities. The combination of distinctive competencies, many years of experience and the ability to cooperate with distribution and transmission network operators constantly result in winning new orders in this area.
Recently, we’ve obtained a project for the construction of a 110kV network switching station for power evacuation from the Rywałd wind farm, as well as the construction of a HV / MV power station for the needs of the Korytnica II wind farm with a capacity of over 50M.

January 2022We are pleased to announce that P&Q has signed a contract with OW Ocean Winds for the conceptual works of an onshore 220/400kV transformer station as part of an offshore wind farm in the Baltic Sea. The project belongs to a group of investments secured with a 25-year contract-for-difference. We are proud that our knowledge and expertise contributes to the development of an offshore wind energy.

In Wielkopolska province, for Windpower Poland we will build by the end of this year a farm consisting of 18 Vestas turbines with a total capacity of 39. 6 MW. The total net value of the order is PLN 72. 3 million, of which about PLN 30 million is attributable to P&Q.
This is the 13th wind farm contract we have implemented since the company's beginning - January 2020.

November 2021The 8.0 MW project located in Podlaskie Voivodeship, the implementation of which we have just started is an example of how individual areas of our company achieve a synergy effect for the benefit of both the Client and P&Q.
We've been participating in this project for almost 2 years, so from the very beginning. Its uniqueness results from the possibility of shaping all circumstances already at the development stage, then having the comfort of building infrastructure that is well known to us.
We would like our work to be like this, thus truly creative. Such an arrangement allows for 100% fulfillment in the role of a professionalist and, at the same time, real responsibility for the implementation - because it results from the specific experience of the preparatory stage.
This project, like a lens, focused on the important values provided by us in the pre-implementation phase - substantive support in the field of Grid Connection Management, legal, economic and technical consultancy in the project acquisition process, as well as optimization and value engineering at the stage of preparation for its launch.
The capstone achievement of the above is the commencement of design and construction works in the EPC formula by P&Q. We will implement our energy asset management solution - ETA in order to close the entire project entirely and professionally. ETA software will assure safe and efficient operation of the farm in the future.

October 2021General contracting: We are pleased to announce, that P&Q Sp. z o.o. as a Lider of Consortium P&Q – ONDE signed the another BoP contract to build the Rywałd Wind Farm (27MW). P&Q is responsible for full eBoP (design and build) scope - GPO substation together with the high voltage connection to the Energa substation and MV cable lines to the turbines. August 2021General contracting: Dobrzyca Wind Farm: 6 weeks after obtaining the permit to supply the EON voltage and energize the facility, the P&Q and Investor's team reached another important milestone by obtaining a temporary permit to use ION.
As a result, there are no restrictions on the transmission of energy to the grid already at the stage of turbine assembly.
July 2021ETA: We are pleased to announce that P&Q becomes part of the second largest wind project in Poland – Dębnica Kaszubska and Biały Bór, totaling 166 MW. We provide there our proprietary ETA SCADA system, for the purposes of integrating measurement and control systems with energy accounting in one platform. June 2021General contracting: We are pleased to announce, that P&Q will build a 110/33 kV substation with power evacuation on the HV level for the needs of Wind Farm Huszlew (45 MW) on behalf of the OX2.
The contract will be performed in the BoP formula. P&Q will design and build the GPO substation together with the high voltage connection to the PGE substation. The Employer has also entrusted us to carry out all procedures related to obtaining EON and ION.

For one of our clients we will develop the building desig and obtain a legally binding building permits for the construction of a photovoltaic farm with a capacity of approximately 40MW, including HV power line and MV/HV substation.

February 2021General contracting: Our consortium with MEGA S.A. received an order to start works related to the Piotrków Wind Farm. As part of the consortium, P&Q is responsible for the construction of a complete high and medium voltage power infrastructure (HV cable line, cable lines, HV / MV substation). January 2021General contracting: P&Q signed a new BoS contract with our long-term Client. It is a design-and-build contract for seven 1 MW PV plants located in the beautiful region of Wielkopolska.
The design works have already started and the construction works are scheduled to begin in mid February.

Our client is SEVIVON, a company belonging to WKN (PNE Group). The farm consists of twelve wind turbines with a total capacity of approximately 40 MW.
