BESS Siedlce – official groundbreaking ceremony!
Last week, we met at the project site to mark the official start of the BESS Siedlce – 600 MW / 2.4 GWh project together with Greenvolt Power and our project partners.
The official opening, project presentation and symbolic groundbreaking were an opportunity not only to mark an important milestone in the project schedule, but also to meet and talk with the people involved in its delivery.
A demanding stage of work lies ahead. P&Q is responsible for the power evacuation system, including the design, construction and commissioning of the 400/110 kV substation and the 110 kV and 400 kV cable lines. The project will be connected to the transmission grid at the 400 kV level.
This is another BESS project we are delivering together with Greenvolt Power, following the projects in Ełk and Turośń Kościelna. We are pleased to bring our experience and engineering expertise to a project of this scale.
