Another important milestone in the delivery of the #BCWind project for OW Ocean Winds POLSKA
We have officially handed over part of the BC-Wind Offshore Wind Farm – Landfall, thereby handing over the work front to the contractor responsible for the offshore export cable (OEC) – the consortium of DEME Group and Hellenic Cables.
The handover was made possible by the preparatory works previously completed by the P&Q team. This is an important moment for the project, paving the way for the next stage of works related to the installation of the export cable connecting the BC-Wind offshore wind farm with the onshore substation, also being delivered by P&Q.
We are proud that, as the General Contractor for the onshore power infrastructure, P&Q is responsible for delivering key elements of the power evacuation system for the BC-Wind farm.
We are pleased to see the project steadily progressing through its successive stages of delivery. Together with our partners, we are contributing to the infrastructure that will form part of our country’s energy transition.
