A symbolic milestone marking months of dedication. Official opening of the BESS Turośń Kościelna project
Last week, we had the pleasure of participating in the official inauguration of the #BESS Turośń Kościelna project, delivered by P&Q for Greenvolt Power.
With a capacity of 200 MW / 800 MWh, the facility is the largest fully operational Battery Energy Storage System connected to the Polish transmission grid operated by PSE.
The opening ceremony provided an opportunity to reflect on the many months of intensive work carried out by all teams involved in the project. The official part of the event concluded with a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by representatives of Greenvolt Power, public administration and P&Q.
We would like to thank everyone at P&Q who contributed to the successful delivery of this project – our construction, engineering and Back Office teams, as well as everyone who supported the investment throughout every stage of its execution. This achievement is the result of teamwork, responsibility and close collaboration.
