P&Q takes energy storage to the next level – BESS Siedlce, a 600 MW energy storage project! 🔋
We have signed another agreement with Greenvolt Power for the implementation of the power evacuation system for the BESS Siedlce project, with a capacity of 600 MW and an energy storage capacity of 2400 MWh. It is one of the largest energy storage projects in Europe, which will be connected to the transmission grid at the 400 kV level.
We are delivering the project in an in-house model, leveraging our engineering expertise and taking full responsibility for the design, construction, and commissioning of the power evacuation system, including:
✔️ 110 kV and 400 kV cable lines,
✔️ 400/110 kV substation.
This project is another milestone in our long-term cooperation with Greenvolt Power, within which we are already delivering comprehensive BESS projects in:
🔹 Ełk – 200 MW,
🔹 Turośń Kościelna – 200 MW.
