Energy to Start! – a truly inspiring day at Bialystok University of Technology
Yesterday, together with OW Ocean Winds POLSKA, we organized an educational seminar “Energy for the Start – Different Career Paths in Energy” at the Wydział Elektryczny Politechniki Białostockiej.
It was a unique opportunity to talk with students about what a real engineering career looks like – about the decisions, challenges, turning points, and lessons that shape every engineer.
🎤Damian Ołdziejewski and Robert Hałuszczak shared their personal stories and practical insights drawn from their own experiences. The students asked thoughtful questions and joined the discussion with genuine curiosity – their openness, combined with the authenticity of our speakers, created an exceptional atmosphere.
