Strengthening Potential of P&Q Team– P&Q Development Program

At P&Q, we know that the greatest asset of our organization are our people – their unique abilities, strengths and potential. That’s why, two years ago, we launched a talent development program based on Gallup’s methodology. At P&Q, we don’t just focus on what can be improved, but primarily on what can be developed and strengthened to jointly create unique ventures.
Therefore, we recognize every Team Member through the prism of their unique capabilities and strengths, rather than their limitations. Ongoing research, coaching sessions, and collaborative workshops have demonstrated how we can use individual talents and how to support teamwork using strengths.
