December 2023

• Another year is coming to the end, and we are not slowing down. This time we are proud to announce signing a new contract with Qair Polska S.A.
  As General Contractor, we will perform detailes designing and construction works of Zimnodół Photovoltaic Plant, together with power evacuation system at high and medium voltage level.
  The scope of our activities will also include connection of the installation to the distribution network, commissioning, necessary tests and implementation of the SCADA ETA fully developed by P&Q.
  This is a continuation of fruitful cooperation. Qair Polska S.A. – thank you for the partnership and trust.
• We are proud to announce that UAB P&Q Lithuania has obtained the VERT certificate issued by the National Energy Reulatory Council – the institution that regulates and controls the entire  energy sector in Lithuania. Thus, our employees are entitled to implement facilities above 100 kW such as solar and wind power plants, substations, cable lines MV and HV in Lithuania.
  This is crucial for the continuation of P&Q’s operations in the country.

• P&Q Sp. z o.o. is one of the main sponsors of 𝘿/𝙋/𝙒/𝙀/𝘾 // 𝙉/𝙋/𝙆/𝙀/𝙒 – 𝘾𝙊𝙉𝙁𝙀𝙍𝙀𝙉𝘾𝙀, on 16.11.2023 at NOVOTEL #POZNAŃ CENTRUM.
  We are pleased to support and donate this event to build the development of our company’s business in the German market.

October 2023

• We always proudly emphasize that P&Q Sp. z o.o. originates from Podlasie. Here in Bialystok, we are eager to get involved in local ventures, this is why we were pleased to become a sponsor of the upcoming sport event, the #Jagiellonia – #StalMielec match.
  On the occasion of cooperation with the Jagiellonia club, we will conduct lectures about renewable energy sources in Białystok’s elementary school SP9. With great enthusiasm, we will introduce the youth to the secrets of our industry! It sounds optymistic that children have such broad interests in addition to sports. After all, RES industry is a topic about the future of all of us.
• On 27.10.2023 we participated in the Baltic Energy Forum 2023 conference. Our company was represented by Aivaras Vozgirdas, Country Manager of P&Q Sp. z o.o. in Lithuania, who took part in the debate: “ℝ𝕖𝕟𝕖𝕨𝕒𝕓𝕝𝕖 𝕖𝕟𝕖𝕣𝕘𝕪 𝕡𝕣𝕠𝕛𝕖𝕔𝕥𝕤 𝕗𝕚𝕟𝕒𝕟𝕔𝕚𝕟𝕘 𝕒𝕟𝕕 𝕄&𝔸 𝕕𝕖𝕒𝕝𝕤 𝕔𝕙𝕒𝕝𝕝𝕖𝕟𝕘𝕖𝕤”
• 𝘾𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙥𝙤𝙤𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜 is an innovative approach in which a minimum of two renewable energy sources are merged into the same connection point. In accordance with this solution, we will add and connect a 10MWp photovoltaic farm to one of our already ongoing investments – the 26.4MW Sompolno Wind Farm, build on behalf of Greenvolt Power. By using the same connection point to the grid, the Customer will be able to increase its renewable energy production capacity.
   This is an important step towards a more sustainable energy future!
• Recently we have attended in the ceremony of the Golden 100 for year 2022 in Podlasie voivodeship – an annual ceremony presenting the best local companies organized by Kurier Poranny under the patronage of the Podlasie Voivodeship. It is second time we have been ranked in honored group – last year we received the award for the Debut of the Year 2021 – and for 2022 we have achieved a rise in the ranking by 25 positions! Thank you for the award, which highlights P&Q Sp. z o.o. sustainable growth and continuing development!
• P&Q Sp. z o.o. has joined as a Gold supporter of Stowarzyszenie “Z energią o prawie” association. We are sure that it will be a cooperation full of energy!
• The Baltic Energy Forum conference is coming in October. 
  P&Q Sp. z o.o., as a partner of this event, is actively involved in the development of green energy in Lithuania. 
  The forum will be attended by representatives from the region’s private and government sectors.
  Our Country Manager, Aivaras Vozgirdas will appear there as a panelist.

September 2023

• The official ceremony of the XXXIII edition of the PZITB “ℂ𝕠𝕟𝕤𝕥𝕣𝕦𝕔𝕥𝕚𝕠𝕟 𝕠𝕗 𝕥𝕙𝕖 𝕐𝕖𝕒𝕣 𝟚𝟘𝟚𝟚” held on 19th of September. This award is given annually, since 1989, by the Polish Union of Construction Engineers and Technicians, in cooperation with the Ministry of Development and Technology. 
  The title was awarded to Grupa Tauron Zielona Energia for the construction of the Piotrków Wind Farm. As a part of this investment, P&Q Sp. z o.o. was responsible for the construction of the power evacuation system and MV lines, along with commissioning and connection to the DSO network, while 𝙈𝙀𝙂𝘼 𝙎.𝘼. for comprehensive foundation and road works.
  The main criteria for the awards included the quality of the work, construction organization, safety and health protection, technical and technological solutions, and the impact of the investment on the environment and the economy of the region.
• At the invitation of VSB Group, today we had the great pleasure to participate in the opening #ceremony of the Baranów-Rychtal wind farm. The ceremony was doubly pleasant, as our company is already at the halfway stage of another realisation carried out on behalf of VSB, i.e. the Racibórz #windfarm.

August 2023

• P&Q  has signed an agreement with EMEREN Poland for the construction of photovoltaic plants with total capacity of 18MW. The new contract includes comprehensive implementation including commissioning and obtaining all necessary permits and certificates in accordance to Grid Code. 
  This is a continuation of successful cooperation with the Investor.
• P&Q Sp. z o.o. has entered into an agreement with Iberdrola Deutschland for the provision of EPC services for high voltage power evacuation system of the Boldekow Photovoltaic Solar Plant with a total capacity of 56,3 MWp, located in in Mecklenburg Western Pomerania, Germany.

July 2023

• The P&Q – ONDE consortium, in which P&Q Sp. z o.o. acts as Leader, has signed a contract for the construction of the Wind Farm Głuchów II. The total value of the investment is 37 mln. PLN net, while the investor is the NOVENERGIA company belonging to the Total Eren concern.
  The Głuchów II project will be implemented in the full BoP formula, scope includes construction of 10 wind turbine foundations with a total capacity of 20MW, as well as technical infrastructure such as access roads, assembly areas, MV cable lines, fibre optic lines and the modernization of the transformer station.
  Challenging project ahead of us, as the electrical work will be carried out on the operating MV/HV substation, with minimal switch-off periods, in order to have as little impact as possible on the energy production of the existing Wind Farm Głuchów I.
• P&Q Sp. z o.o. has entered into an agreement with Greenvolt Power for the construction of the Pelplin Wind Farm. The full BoP project will be implemented in a consortium with CJR Renewables, Owners Engineer services will be delivered by TENSEC SP. Z O.O.. Our scope includes the construction of GPO substation and HV and MV cable lines. Pelplin Wind Farm will consist of 16 wind turbines, access roads, 30 kV MV cable lines, GPO substation and HV cable line between GPO 30/110 kV FW Pelplin and 400/110kV TSO Pelplin substation. We would like to thank for the trust to the investor Greenvolt Power, with whom P&Q Sp. z o.o. also cooperate during construction of the Sompolno Wind Farm.

• 𝕎𝕚𝕖𝕝𝕜𝕚 ℕ𝕒𝕤𝕫𝕡𝕚𝕜𝕠𝕨𝕒𝕟𝕪 𝔽𝕖𝕤𝕥𝕚𝕨𝕒𝕝 – organized by Naszpikowani.pl Foundation,  is coming very soon – on 4th of June in Białystok. This institution supports children and adults with hematological diseases, oncological diseases, those waiting for a bone marrow transplant and post-transplant patients.
  As a 𝙋𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙪𝙢 𝙎𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙤𝙧, P&Q Sp. z o.o. will participate in the heart of this unique event. Match of celebrities, concerts, competitions and a whole lot of family entertainment – this day will be filled with attractions! What surprises have we prepared for this occasion? We are proud to be part of such a great idea. Let’s spend the first Sunday of June at the Municipal Stadium in Bialystok with families!
• We have taken an important step toward implementing our strategy to enter the Baltics with P&Q Sp. z o.o. offer. We have just signed contracts for the construction of two photovoltaic plants in Lithuania! This is yet another cooperation with Green Genius, a Customer we have been cooperating with from the beginning of our Company’s existence. The latest contracts concern construction of photovoltaic plants with capacity of 11MW and 5 MW, both with solar tracker systems.

• P&Q has become a Diamond Patron of the Future Energy Congress in Toruń, on April 18-19th 2023. This year’s edition has been divided into two sections. The first will cover issues of renewable energy development and its role in the electricity system. The second, will focus on the impact of energy prices on businesses. The event will feature speakers from P&Q: Aleksandra Lulewicz, Urszula Rutkowska and Piotr Sokolowski.

  The expansion of the Board Management is related to the Company’s plans for further dynamic growth. The new membership also means new energy, new ideas, new strategy.  The combination of youth and experience guarantees not only the stability of the company and the security of employees, but also the joy of work for all of us! This is the best way to build a community of people who can rely on each other, regardless of social, political or economic conditions, which is a value in itself these days. Such are the hopes we have for this change!

  The agreement includes construction of 4 photovoltaic plants with a total capacity of 40MW, that will be implemented using tracker systems.
